An independent, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, cross-over study showed that when 12 healthy, active (but not highly trained) men and women consumed 500 mg of quercetin (QU995™) in an enriched drink mix twice daily for 7 days, they experienced a 13.2 % increase in endurance and a 3.9 % increase in VO2max (a typical measure of fitness). The study has been published online in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism.

An independent, double-blind, placebo - controlled crossover study on the effect of FRS on cycling performance in eleven elite cyclists was completed at Pepperdine University and published in the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. A clinical study, funded in part by the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) showed the antioxidant quercetin significantly reduced incidence of upper respiratory tract illness during the two week period following intensified exercise. Researchers also reported enhanced alertness and reaction time in athletes taking the quercetin supplement during high stress. Forty test subjects were subjected to extreme physical stress during a five week period. Half were given 1,000 mg of quercetin daily (the approximate amount in 3 servings of FRS) and half were given a placebo. Results showed:

I have been ordering this product from the FRS website for a few months now, (FRS.com) and it does work! you can find all kinds of information from their site, but order from amazon, it cost less.
I do believe that this has helped me maintain my weight loss as it certainly does boost my metablolism. I feel such a difference when I use it on a regular basis. I use the orange concentrate, mix with club soda, or diet ginger ale and it is so refreshing.
I don't care much for the chews, they have a somewhat bitter flavor to them, and they are higher in calories if you are counting.
I can't endorse this product enough, and I am not getting paid for it!

I was doubtful about this product but I must say it delivers and is delicious. I get the low cal orange concentrate and it tastes so much better than real orange juice and much better for you. I got my husband on it who is a couch potato and overweight and the man actually began to get off his one spot and DO something around this place. (Now losing weight!) For that alone I have begun to go to my knees before the bottle each morning and give high praise. That being said, I feel the price is much too high, goes too fast when 2 people are using it, and it's definitely hard to get. To buy it here you have to order two weeks before you need it because the shipping is so slow they must have to produce it, bottle it then ship out by mule. I've tried to find it thru web search but the only other place to get it is thru the FRS website and ONLY if you sign up for auto ship, which I am always hesitant to do but I guess I have no choice if I want it in a timely manner. In short, if you're patient, you invested in gold when it was $100 an ounce, this is definitely the product of choice. Now I'm off to sell more blood so I can reorder.

I am a health professional and cancer survivor and have tried many products for low energy, and this is the first time Ive had measurable results. It also helps me maintain a healthy weight, and is now all I use on bike rides for an energy boost! Great product backed by both anecdotal and clinical evidence.

I love this product. For those of you expecting a caffeinated kick, this isn't it. For those of you who know the increased energy and overall feeling of wellness from a good dose of B vitamins, this is for you. I drink it every morning with a fiber supplement stirred in as a healthier alternative to coffee or juice. And then I have this or another FRS product before a workout. The liquid concentrate has a bit of a Tang taste to it but it's pretty easy to get used to. I prefer it to the powder version for taste but the powder packets are easier to carry around and dump into a bottle of water before workouts or in the middle of the afternoon for a low-calorie pick-me-up. I'm going to try ordering through Amazon. I'm supposed to have a regular repeat shipment directly from FRS but after two attempts to convert my monthly deliveries to a regular 6-month supply, they have yet to send me anything at all in the last three months. Reps are friendly enough, but they can't seem to deliver their own product to a customer that's been with them for a year! After using this product for several months I can point out that although the increase in energy is subtle when taking it, the decrease in energy is really noticeable since I've run out of product. I'll try Amazon to see if I can at least keep a regular supply on hand!

So far this is one of the best products I have tried that generates true results. This product is superior. Great tasting as well. After consuming this product for an extended period of time, I have definitely noticed a dramatic difference in my overall health. Especially assisting in making a difference with the Fibromyalgia,CFS,CPS I struggle with over the years. This product states it has antioxidant values & I have definitely noticed a change in my energy levels & general well being. I would reccommend this product to anyone looking for optimal results in energy levels, less fatigue & an overall difference in one's well being. This product exceeds any product I have tried thus far. I now consume FRS liquid, powders & chews as part of my daily health regime!
